Per our email dated 7th August 2020, we are working towards making our Shared Hosting Platform more stable and secure. One of the best ways we can do this is to stop supporting older versions of PHP that are no longer supported by the community. To this end, we will be trying to upgrade all customer websites which are running on the older versions to version 7.3 and above. This will ensure higher security for not only your website, but also higher availability and performance.
We will be beginning this activity on 15th September, 2020. We request that you get your website upgraded to PHP version 7.3 or above. If that is not possible, we will attempt to perform the upgrade on your behalf in the safest manner possible.
How to upgrade the PHP version?
You can manage the PHP version from the MultiPHP Manager option in your cPanel.
Please ignore this message if your websites are already running on PHP 7.3 or above.
Please feel free to contact our support helpdesk in case you have any queries.
