Dear customer,

You may experience connectivity issues like an increase in latency, packet loss, time-out and slow speed while accessing services hosted on the US servers via Airtel and other ISPs. Multiple undersea cable system offering internet traffic towards Europe & USA from India is affected. The fault has been identified in the sub-sea portion of the Mumbai-Gulf route impacting Internet Services across India and neighboring countries.

Please note that the issue is from the Internet Service Provider and is not pertaining to any Hosting or Email servers in specific. Hence this would be out of our control and the best option for us right now is to wait till the cable cut is fixed and the connectivity is restored.
