To take the Backup of the database from your Plesk please follow the below steps:
1: Open the Plesk panel with the credentials you have received on your registered email id.
2: On right side of your Plesk there is an option named as "DATABASES".
3: When you click on it all your databases will appear you can choose any database you want to take backup and click on "IMPORT" button.
4: Once you click on it a dialogue box will appear and you can choose the directory in which you have store your Database backup Dump or choose file from your local system to IMPORT.
