To Restore the Email backup in your C-panel please follow the below steps:
1: Open your C-panel, click on the "File Manager" and go to your "Home Directory".
2: And upload the zip files of "ETC and MAIL" folder which you have downloaded from your Panel and extract that in place of your existing "ETC and MAIL" folder.
3: Once you done all your emails will come as it is before it was in your old cpanel.
